We partnered with the WBR Insights research team to explore the current state of brand manufacturers’ D2C efforts as they relate to their enterprise e-commerce platforms. We surveyed 100 respondents from across the U.S. and Canada to generate the results featured in this report.
All the respondents represent consumer product brands that have existing e-commerce channels or are planning to develop one. Most of the respondents (52%) represent companies that generate at least $50 million in annual e-commerce revenue.
