Robert Smolarski brings over 17 years of experience in brand strategy, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth. As EVP of Brand Management at Nogin, he leverages his deep expertise in scaling digital businesses to drive innovation and success for our clients.
Before joining Nogin, Rob served as a Global Commerce Lead at Omnicom and IPG, where he managed a portfolio of top-tier clients, including J&J, SC Johnson, and L’Oréal. His career spans both agency and brand-side leadership, having worked with startups, mid-market portfolio companies, and large public and private CPGs across a dozen product categories.
Rob has built and led eight high-performing teams, digitally optimized over 30,000 products, and successfully launched more than 2,000 products online. His strategic insight and brand management expertise make him a key asset in helping Nogin and our clients scale to new heights.
Outside of work, Rob is a dedicated fitness enthusiast. A trail runner, cyclist, and CrossFit devotee, he has completed the NYC Marathon and ten Spartan and mud races.
